Mix and match different dresses and skirts with patterned bloomers, or pair puffy ones with a cute fitted tank. Let those pudgy legs hang out - while it\'s still cute to have pudgy legs! Fully reversible, with one side bearing the Oopa logo. Silk bloomers should be hand-washed in cold water, line dry. Each bloomer is made entirely by hand, not in a factory or on an assembly line. Sizing may vary slightly. We recommend Small for 0-6mos, Medium for 6-18mos and Large for 18mos and up.
